Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from KnowingLives, operated by Atsrc Technologies Private Limited. We support account deletion requests from web, mobile app, and social login channels (including Facebook Login data deletion callback requests).

2. Delete Your Data from the App or Website

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
3. Open the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete Account and confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and linked user data are permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to legal retention obligations.

3. Facebook Login Data Deletion Requests

If you signed in using Facebook, Facebook may send us a signed deletion request. We verify the request and process deletion for the linked account.

4. Alternate Deletion Request by Email

If you cannot access your account, email us at support@knowinglives.com using the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• Your registered email or phone number
• Your name on the account
• Whether the account was created via Facebook, Google, or email

5. Processing Timeline

We typically process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. Some records may be retained for longer where required by law (for example, anti-fraud, tax, payment dispute, or regulatory compliance records).
