Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from KnowingLives. We support account deletion requests from The KnowingLives Platform including the Website and Mobile Application, including social login channels (such as Facebook Login data deletion callback requests). These policies apply equally regardless of whether you access services through a web browser, the Android Mobile Application, or the iOS Mobile Application (upon release).

Deleting your account will remove your profile, consultation history, and associated personal data from our active systems, subject to legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., payment records, fraud-prevention logs).

2. Delete Your Data from the App or Website

1. Log in to your account on the website or mobile application.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
3. Open the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete Account and confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and linked user data are permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to legal retention obligations.

3. Facebook Login Data Deletion Requests

If you signed in using Facebook, Facebook may send us a signed deletion request. We verify the request and process deletion for the linked account.

4. Alternate Deletion Request by Email

If you cannot access your account, email us at admin@knowinglives.com or call +91 172 314686, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• Your registered email or phone number
• Your name on the account
• Whether the account was created via Facebook, Google, or email
• Whether you accessed the Platform via website, Android app, or iOS app

5. Processing Timeline

We typically process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. Some records may be retained for longer where required by law (for example, anti-fraud, tax, payment dispute, or regulatory compliance records).
