The Website and Mobile Application are collectively referred to as the "Platform."
Terms of Service Summary
These Terms constitute the legal agreement between ATSRC Technologies Private Limited (KnowingLives) and users of our website and mobile apps. Published at https://www.knowinglives.com/terms. Last revised: June 2026. Payment partners (including PhonePe and other authorized gateways) require merchants to maintain complete, publicly accessible terms — an incomplete policy may affect customer payments.
- Services and user responsibilities: We operate a digital wellness platform connecting users with independent Advisors for chat, audio, video, and related consultations. Users must be 18+, provide accurate information, use the Platform lawfully, and not abuse Advisors or circumvent billing — see Sections 3, 3B, and 5.
- Payment terms, usage restrictions, and intellectual property: KL Credits are prepaid digital credits for consultation time; prices are shown before sessions. Payments are processed by authorized partners (including PhonePe, CCAvenue, PayPal, and app stores). Platform content and software are owned by ATSRC Technologies Private Limited; users must not copy, scrape, or misuse the service — see Sections 4, 5, and 7.
- Limitation of liability and dispute resolution: Services are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes; our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Disputes are governed by Indian law (Chandigarh courts for India); US users may have arbitration rights; EU/UK consumers retain mandatory rights — see Sections 8, 9, and 12.
- Visibility and updates: These Terms are linked from our footer, registration flow, and app. Material changes update the "Last updated" date — see Sections 1 and 13.

All astrology readings, tarot sessions, spiritual guidance, and wellness consultations provided through The KnowingLives Platform including the Website and Mobile Application are intended solely for entertainment and general informational purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, predictions, or outcomes. Users should consult qualified licensed professionals for matters requiring professional expertise.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ATSRC Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, with its operating office at Shop No. 1A, Anand Shopping Complex, Sector 17-A, Chandigarh – 160017, India ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of The KnowingLives Platform including the Website and Mobile Application (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform through any channel — web browser, Android app, or iOS app (upon release) — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. These policies apply equally regardless of whether you access services through a web browser, the Android Mobile Application, or the iOS Mobile Application (upon release). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must create an account to use certain features on the website or mobile application. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including birth details you choose to share for astrology readings — and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of Service
KnowingLives is a digital wellness platform that connects users with verified professionals across astrology, tarot, numerology, psychology, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, spiritual guidance, and holistic wellness through chat, audio calls, video sessions, bookings, and other digital services. The Platform is operated by ATSRC Technologies Private Limited.
The Platform facilitates: (i) discovery and booking of independent advisors; (ii) live in-app chat, audio call, and video sessions; (iii) payment for consultation time using prepaid KL Credits or other payment methods; (iv) related support, notifications, and digital content; and (v) additional features such as marketplace listings, retreat bookings, digital products, in-app purchases, or subscriptions as they become available. All consultations and readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice (see our Disclaimer).
Services available on the Platform include, without limitation:
- Chat Consultations
- Audio Calls
- Video Sessions
- Astrology (Vedic and Western), kundli, horoscope, and birth-chart readings
- Tarot Reading and oracle card consultations
- Numerology and cosmic guidance
- Reiki and energy wellness sessions
- Yoga coaching and guided practice
- Meditation and mindfulness guidance
- Ayurveda and holistic wellness consultations
- Psychology-style emotional support and wellness guidance (non-clinical)
- Spiritual guidance and intuitive readings
- Retreat Booking (when available)
- Marketplace for physical or digital products (when enabled)
- Digital Products and downloadable content (when available)
- Future platform features and services as they are introduced
The Platform may introduce additional features over time — including wallet or credit systems, in-app purchases, subscription services, marketplace listings, retreat bookings, and other digital or physical offerings. References to such features in these policies are forward-looking and apply when those features become available, unless otherwise stated.
3A. Platform Role and Independent Advisors
ATSRC Technologies Private Limited operates the Platform as a technology intermediary that connects users with independent advisors ("Advisors"). Advisors are not employees, agents, or partners of the Company unless explicitly stated. Each Advisor is solely responsible for the content, opinions, and guidance they provide during a session. We verify Advisor profiles to the extent described on the Platform but do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading, prediction, or advice.
Your contract for consultation time is with us for Platform access and billing; the substantive guidance is delivered by the Advisor you choose. We are not a party to any personal arrangement you may discuss with an Advisor outside the Platform.
3B. User Responsibilities
As a User, you agree to: (a) use the Platform only for lawful purposes; (b) provide accurate information; (c) treat Advisors and other users respectfully; (d) not record, redistribute, or publicly share session content without consent; (e) make your own decisions and not rely on consultations as professional advice; (f) comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction; and (g) keep your account credentials secure.
3C. Advisor Responsibilities
Advisors using the Platform agree to: (a) deliver services in good faith and within their declared areas of expertise; (b) clearly communicate the entertainment and guidance nature of their services; (c) not make absolute guarantees or fear-based claims; (d) direct users to qualified professionals when matters fall outside their scope; (e) maintain appropriate boundaries and respect user confidentiality; (f) comply with Platform policies and applicable law; and (g) not solicit users for off-platform paid services in violation of Platform rules.
4. Payments, KL Credits, Wallet/Credits, and Billing
- Currency and pricing: Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other supported currencies. Advisor per-minute or per-session rates are shown before you connect. All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- KL Credits and wallet/credits: KL Credits (also shown as your in-platform balance) are prepaid service credits that you purchase to pay for digital consultations on the Platform. They have no cash redemption value except where required by law and cannot be transferred to other users. Your balance is used solely to pay for sessions on KnowingLives. We may introduce wallet, credit, or similar prepaid balance features; such balances are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy.
- Payment processing: Payments may be processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways and partners including CCAvenue, PhonePe (UPI and other supported modes), PayPal, Google Play, Apple App Store, and other authorized payment partners. KnowingLives does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete UPI credentials on its servers. Payment data is handled by the relevant payment processor in accordance with applicable security standards. By paying, you also agree to the relevant payment processor's terms.
- In-app purchases and subscriptions: If introduced, purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store may be subject to those platforms' billing terms in addition to these Terms.
- Per-minute billing: For timed sessions, charges are deducted from your KL Credits balance based on actual connected time (typically per minute, rounded as displayed at session start). You authorize us to deduct the applicable amounts while a session is active.
- Refunds and cancellation: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Disputes may be raised through your account or support; chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe any third-party rights; (c) use the Platform for fraud or unauthorized transactions; (d) harass, abuse, or harm advisors or other users; (e) transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others' systems; (f) scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competitive product using the Platform; (g) solicit Advisors for off-platform paid services in violation of Platform rules; (h) upload or share unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; (i) impersonate any person or entity; or (j) use the Platform for any illegal or prohibited purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach and report conduct to authorities where required.
6. User-Generated Content
You may submit content through the Platform — including profile information, messages, reviews, and session-related inputs ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, store, and process it to operate the Platform, ensure safety, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to ATSRC Technologies Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASTROLOGY, TAROT, SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE, AND OTHER ADVISOR CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY PREDICTION OR READING.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATSRC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY ADVISOR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, pandemics, labour disputes, or failures of third-party service providers (including payment gateways and communication infrastructure).
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
How to raise a dispute: Contact us first at admin@knowinglives.com or via our Contact & Grievance page with your account email, transaction or session ID, and a clear description. We will acknowledge and attempt to resolve payment, billing, or service disputes in good faith within a reasonable time. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
12.1 India
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights. You may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules thereunder; nothing in these Terms limits such statutory rights. For the purpose of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer is Grievance Officer — KnowingLives Support, reachable at support@knowinglives.com or +91 172 314686.
12.2 United States
If you are in the United States, you may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws. Any dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and you waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law. The Federal Arbitration Act and applicable state law govern.
12.3 European Union / European Economic Area / United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you benefit from mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., Consumer Rights Directive). Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
13. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Shipping and Delivery policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ATSRC Technologies Private Limited regarding the Platform. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign without our consent. Notices may be sent to the contact details published on the Platform or to your registered email.
