1. Digital Services Only
Atsrc Technologies Private Limited operates the KnowingLives platform, which offers digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All offerings on the Platform, including chat and voice call consultations with advisors, wallet top-ups, and access to content, are delivered electronically through the Platform (website and mobile applications).
2. Delivery of Services
Consultation sessions: Chat and call sessions are delivered in real time when you connect with an advisor through the Platform. There is no separate "shipping" or physical delivery. Wallet and payments: When you add funds to your in-app wallet, the balance is credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Content and access: Any digital content (e.g., articles, guides) is available immediately upon access through the Platform.
3. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship products to physical addresses. If in the future we offer any physical goods, we will update this policy and provide separate shipping terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the current KnowingLives service does not involve any physical delivery, and no shipping fees or delivery timelines apply.
4. Geographic Availability
Our digital services may be available in multiple countries. Access may be subject to local laws and our Terms of Service. We do not guarantee availability in every jurisdiction. There are no cross-border "shipping" restrictions for our digital services beyond those stated in our Terms and applicable law.
