1. Digital Services — Primary Delivery Method

ATSRC Technologies Private Limited operates The KnowingLives Platform including the Website and Mobile Application. KnowingLives is a digital wellness platform that connects users with verified professionals across astrology, tarot, numerology, psychology, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, spiritual guidance, and holistic wellness through chat, audio calls, video sessions, bookings, and other digital services. The Platform is operated by ATSRC Technologies Private Limited. Our primary offerings are delivered electronically through the website and mobile application. These policies apply equally regardless of whether you access services through a web browser, the Android Mobile Application, or the iOS Mobile Application (upon release).

Live consultation sessions: Chat, audio call, and video sessions are delivered in real time when you connect with an Advisor through the Platform. There is no separate shipping step or physical delivery. Sessions begin when both parties are connected and billing starts as displayed before the session.

KL Credits and payments: When you purchase KL Credits, your balance is credited as soon as payment is confirmed through our authorized payment gateway (typically within seconds to a few minutes).

Digital products: Articles, guides, downloadable content, or other digital products (when available) are delivered immediately upon purchase or access through the website or app. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Marketplace and Physical Products (Future)

This policy will apply once marketplace services become available. If and when we enable a marketplace for physical products (such as wellness items, books, or related goods), the following terms will apply:

  • Physical products: Shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout, subject to availability and serviceable pin codes.
  • Shipping timelines: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Timelines may vary by location and delivery partner.
  • Delivery partners: We may use third-party courier or logistics partners. Tracking information will be shared where available.
  • Order tracking: You may track your order status through your account or via tracking links provided after dispatch.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within the timeframe specified at purchase. Resolution (replacement or refund) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Until marketplace services are live, no physical products are sold or shipped through the Platform.

3. Digital Delivery

All current digital services — consultations, KL Credits top-ups, and digital content — are delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete when: (a) a live session is connected; (b) KL Credits are credited to your account; or (c) digital content is made accessible in your account or via download link.

4. Geographic Availability

Our digital services may be available in multiple countries via the website and mobile application. Access may be subject to local laws and our Terms of Service. We do not guarantee availability in every jurisdiction. Physical product shipping, when introduced, may be limited to serviceable regions within India or as otherwise stated at checkout.
